That has a very similar plot and style as foamy... plus the emos in the background made it even more so.

Clocks pwn sticks. Anyone can animate sticks. Sticks are just... dumb. In that war, clocks would murder sticks. Oh and by the way, sticks never owned newgrounds, and clock crew has ruled NG since 2001.
